This is a working, but unsupported cellular modem vintage 2010 that was used before cell phone had dedicated internet access.
Due to its appearance it looks like a very modern "something". The screen could be a time machine, a medical device or anything that you can think up for a sci-fi video.
It is unlikely that anyone would know what this is due to the high price back in 2010 and the fact that it needed to be connected to a computer and usage was very expensive.
It has connection ports and could be plugged into other devices.
Great prop for a white room themed video from the future.
