Social media has created a huge outsourcing market on sites like FIVERR.

I see all these ads, people who are content experts, they can do this and that for $25, $35... bla bla bla.

The truth is, if they were any good at creating viral video content to build traffic, they would be doing it for themselves.

Why would someone create a video for you, if they could make more money creating a video for themselves?

Simple, the $35 you are paying is more than they could earn from doing it themselves. And that does not speak well of the content being created.

Businesses need to stop shopping on FIVERR and posting it on their social media channels expecting to gain something from it. Filling up pages with absolute crap and thinking they have a social media presence.

Channels on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube are successful not because you post shit daily on them, but because you create content that people want to see.
  • Having one good video is better than having 10 bad videos.
  • Bad content will drive customers away.
  • Boring content will drive customers away.
  • Useless content will drive customers away.
It is not enough to have content posted on your channels. It needs to be meaningful.

Customers, viewers, follower or however you classify them value their time. If they click on your website links to follow them on TikTok and you have a bunch of garbage, what is the point?

The point is to use those platforms to "HUMANIZE" your business. So people that you are real. Show your employees, parties, events that you sponsor and things you might not want on your website, since it is not the product you are selling.

Paying an artist on FIVERR to make a banner to post on Instagram just defies logic. Why would your customers want to view some half ass artwork telling them your business is great?

No! They want to see you dumping a bucket of Gatorade over the CEO's head when the sales goals are exceeded. Or Jimmy from accounting competing in a hands tied behind your back pie eating contest with Fat George from the parking garage.

Stop wasting money! Stop filling up pages with garbage and start creating fun, viral and humanizing content that one, makes people remember your brand and two, makes people want to work with you.

You don't need to be a TikTok influencer to get value from the platform. But you will never get any value paying people to post videos that don't ad any value to your brand.

Lets say you sell pizza in Tampa Florida. Every day you take pictures of pizza and post them.

BORING!

Post pics of customers, videos of customers trying to eat an impossible 3 foot pizza. Or your pizza maker tossing dough up high and getting caught on a ceiling fan. Videos of your team cooking the pizza, serving customers and dynamic events in the restaurant.

You gotta think outside the pizza box.
